Call us at 1-850-997-2837 to reserve your space and to let us know that your registration form is forthcoming. You can reach our staff from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Monday - Friday, Eastern time, or feel free to leave your information by voice mail 24 hours per day.

You’ll be pleased to know that we offer discounts for multiple attendants from the same organization (10% off if three or more) and for government employees (5% off unless covered by group discount).

We are happy to reserve space for you upon receiving your registration information, with the qualifier that seating is limited and payment is required for final confirmation.

NOTE: FOR GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES, AN AGENCY PURCHASE ORDER WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THIS PURPOSE.

Once your registration is complete, you will receive an information packet including program and location details.

Other Registration Details

  1. Space is limited for many of our programs and special arrangements are required for those offered at White Dog Farms. Reservations are required for all events unless otherwise specified.
  2. Cancellations are subject to a nominal service charge. For cancellations within seven days of an event, the cancellation charge increases to 25% of the enrollment fee. Substitutions in registrants may be made at no additional charge or you may transfer your registration to another seminar scheduled to be held within 12 months of cancellation for an event.
  3. Meals are included in the enrollment fees where specified. Entertainment/activity packages are available for an additional charge.
  4. We welcome the opportunity to share our information, programs and facilities with you. Please also understand that audio and/or video recordings are not permitted.
  5. Payment is required in order to confirm your reservation. Purchase orders from government agencies will be accepted for the purpose of guaranteeing your space for an event.
  6. Be sure to let us know if you have any special requirements for meals (e.g., vegetarian) or other particular needs whereby we can make the seminar experience as worthwhile and enjoyable for you as possible.
